Return Policy
All sales are final on ALL items.
I strive for excellence in customer service and quality products. Each item is inspected before it leaves KBanx Designs. I realize, sometimes things happen.
If you receive your shipment and find the product is defective or incorrect, I will strive to make it right. Contact me within 7 days of your delivery date at kbanxdesigns@gmail.com and I’ll work with you to remedy the situation.
You may exchange the defective or incorrect product, if it is in stock, or receive a store credit. You must initiate the process within seven (7) days of receipt. You will have an additional seven (7) days for us to receive the item back. After 14 days from the point of delivery, no exchanges or store credits shall be considered or accepted.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
